.THE CHALLENGE.

The HSE wanted to build on the success and response of the ‘WE ARE ALL THE ANSWER' campaign. The challenge this time was to shift focus to the frontline workers perspectives during the pandemic and give them an opportunity to deliver a message that encouraged continued effort and solidarity during these difficult times whilst remaining genuine.

.THE RESPONSE.

Headcase devised a new video communications strategy response which was founded and developed with relatability, honesty and authenticity as the core pillars for its design and achievable under lockdown conditions.

The candidates were selected from ranging areas of the health sector and the country. Each candidate took part in a discussion on their experiences during the pandemic and were given an honest opportunity to thank individuals and the general public at large for their efforts and support. These discussions were then carefully woven and edited together to form an unscripted genuine narrative with real emotion and depth. This content was then served across HSE and Partner Social Channels.
