.THE CHALLENGE.

As part of the HSE’s Steps to Health Initiative, The HSE wanted to find a way to reach & encourage staff to take part. The difficulty was to do so in a COVID-restricted world.

.THE RESPONSE.

Headcase devised a Video communications strategy with content to be served across internal channels and Twitter.

To effectively engage and attract new participants, our approach was to allow real team leaders to share their experiences, showing the positive role the initiative now plays in their life. And to do so in an exciting and engaging way to encourage others to the same.
