.THE CHALLENGE.
Despite the number of Audis on Irish roads, only 30% of those engage Audi for their ongoing service requirements. Converting these consumers is of high value in the long-run for Audi. The fact however, that many of the owners did not acquire their vehicles directly from Audi Ireland, makes reaching and engaging them more of a unique challenge. It is this challenge that Headcase offered a number of creative routes to address.
.THE RESPONSE.
Headcase proposed a first for reaching Audi owners. We designed and activated the ‘Audi Car Park Concierge’ ; A multi-layered operation & consumer activation and launched the initiative at Dundrum Town Centre.
Activating across several Car Park Floors with Event teams, Tactical Media & Incentive allowed us to identify and engage with Audi drivers of all types - rewarding those loyal 30%, but also attracting the 70% with incentives. The activity was a massive success with 100s of signups and conversions - and is now being rolled out to a great scale in 2020.
