When only 30% of Audi owners get their vehicle serviced with Audi, that represents a unique challenge. In response, Headcase proposed a first for reaching Audi owners.
We designed and activated the ‘Car Park Concierge’; a multi-layered consumer activation & operation launched at the Dundrum Town Centre. Our goal was to reward the 30% whilst attracting the remaining 70%.
A combination of a Tactical Media techniques, a Brand Sales team and an exclusive Audi Merchandise Shop; we were able to identify and engage with Audi drivers of all types - and no matter where or when they bought their cars, and effectively intice and convert them into the Audi Ireland Eco-system.
The project was a huge success, beating its signup targets and delivering long-term value for both Audi servicing and sales businesses.
